Bye Bauman Buddies!

We have had some great friends where we are living. Unfortunately, two of them moved away yesterday. We have really enjoyed hanging out with the Baumans. So this post is a tribute to them. (Meredith, I stole this picture of the two of you off of your blog!)
Many times we have called them up on a lazy Sunday afternoon asking them to come over and entertain us. More often than not, they have obliged. They have been willing to watch Jacob for us when we went to the temple or had some sort of church interview. They have made cookies with us, watched movies with us, and played games with us. They are awesome friends and to whoever befriends them in SLC, you are lucky. We will greatly miss our friends and I'm sure our Sundays will suffer in the future.

Before they moved, they decided to get rid of some things in their apartment that they weren't going to haul across the country. Because of this, we were the lucky recipients of a queen-sized bed for our spare room! I'm pretty sure it's so they have a bed when they come back to visit us (hint, hint!). At least it'll get some use when we have family in town over the next couple of months. We were also given some cleaning supplies - I took the hint and mopped my floor today! Everything you see in the picture below (except the bedding and picture in the background) was given to us before they left. All kidding aside, Rich and Meredith, you will be missed!

Love the puppy dog faces. It is sad when you have to leave good friends, or in your case they move away.

We are sad too! We will miss entertaining you guys...it was so difficult...simple minds simple pleasures. Just kidding. I think you guys really saved us actually. Thanks for being our friends right off the bat. oh man...this is making me sad. Hope you enjoy the bed, we may have to take you up on staying there. He he. miss you
p.s. the cleaning supplies were in no way a hint that you needed to mop your floor. you are funny!
